This is a call to all bingo lovers to rally together and protest against the new taxation on our beloved game.

According to reports more than 500 people have already confirmed that they will be attending the protest tomorrow, which will be held on The Green in front of The Houses of Parliament in Westminster London.

The protest is being held in order for the UK bingo community to voice their anger and disagreement over the tax hike the bingo industry has encored.
The finance bill is going to be discussed tomorrow with the hope that ministers will be exposed to the results, the surprise growth in tax has had on the bingo industry.

Bingo halls are now subject to 22% tax where as casinos and betting shops are only subject to 15%.

Protestors against the text have been campaigning against the tax hike for months and were bitterly disappointed when the Treasury passed the bill.
Now with the added backing of bingo operators like Gala Bingo, and MP’s like Bob Spink, protestors are hoping the government will reconsider.
